The F8 replaces the preceding steel crown with a lighter carbon panel and centres the head's mass between tighter Baffler rails. Rail height changes by loft so the sole presents less resistance on shallower swings and more help on steeper ones. A forged variable-thickness steel face and rear weight distinguish it from the smaller, front-weighted F8+.
